Care Associates was established in 1990. It continues as a small family run business and we pride ourselves on providing a service where each client is treated as an individual and they have close one to one contact with us.

We have had a long association of over 10 years with the social services older persons team in a central London borough.

We are registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspectorate and in our latest Annual Report states as follows:

'Service users spoken with referred to care staff every positively. Comment included "I could not manage without her," "She knows exactly what to do." Care staff were reported as having a warm, caring approach with a clear understanding of what is needed to be done.'

We have specialised in live-in care packages and agree the Care Plan with the client and/or their family members. It is a very important that we ensure that we provide the appropriate carer with the particular client and that you feel comfortable throughout.

We appreciate that live-in care can mean significant upheavel in domestic life. The client needs to have somebody live in their home, that is their private space. The carer needs to provide personal care services as well as companionship. It is vital that the right formula is found is solve all these issues.
